Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Dar es Salaam, traveling along the scenic coastal route to reach the park by mid-morning or early afternoon. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a game drive through Saadani’s diverse habitats—open grasslands, mangrove forests, and coastal thickets—home to elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, and a wide range of birdlife.

Your journey will start early in the morning; our driver will meet you at hotel reception, after meet and great, drive for 5 hours to Saadan National Park via Bagamoyo. Upon arrival, you’ll be given briefings about the park before start embarking on a game drive through Saadani’s diverse habitats—open grasslands, mangrove forests, and coastal thickets—home to elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, and a wide range of birdlife. In the afternoon, your driver/guide will look for a shady under a tree for lunch break. After lunch break proceed with your safari for 1-2 hours, around 4pm check out the park and drive back to Dar es Salam.
