Terms of Payment Policy
Learn about our booking, cancellation, and travel policies. We ensure a transparent and seamless experience so your journey with us is safe, fair, and enjoyable.
1. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required upon confirmation of the booking.
The remaining balance (70%) must be paid at least 30 days prior to the start of the safari.
For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure), 100% payment is required upon confirmation.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
Mobile Money (Tigo Pesa, M-Pesa, Airtel Money – available on request)
Online Payment Platforms (as advised by the company)
3. Currency
Payments should be made in US Dollars (USD). Other currencies may be accepted upon agreement, and conversion charges may apply.
4. Payment Confirmation
A receipt will be issued upon receiving each payment.
Booking is considered confirmed only after deposit is received and acknowledged.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made:
60+ days before safari – 90% refund of total payment
30–59 days – 50% refund
Less than 30 days – No refund
All refunds will exclude bank charges and transaction fees.
6. Late Payments
Late balance payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment.
7. Custom Terms
Group bookings or tailor-made packages may have customized payment terms, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
