Situated on the southwestern shores of Lake Victoria, Rubondo Island National Park is the largest island national park in East Africa. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, hippos, and crocodiles. Birdwatching is excellent here, with over 300 bird species recorded in the park.
